Buylists
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel buy orders at any time for various reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order.
Counterfeiting
In accordance with Wizards of the Coast policy on counterfeiting (5.K), any and all items considered as such will be destroyed and not handed back as to prevent re-entering circulation. Counterfeit items submitted as part of a buylist will NOT be returned and no compensation will be given. Silver Goblin reserves the right to notify authorities, warn, suspend or ban a person from both physical and online stores.
Payment
If there are no changes, or once you have approved any changes, we will confirm payment details. Credit is automatically applied to the account used.
You may take cash payments in one of the following methods:
- Cash: In-person only, requires an invoice.
- Interac e-Transfer: Canada Only. Please confirm your email address.
- PayPal: Where available. Please confirm your email address. Seller is responsible for any Goods & Services fees and any exchange rates that apply. Payments are sent in $CAD.
Electronic Payments are typically processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
Cancellation
If you have questions, or want any cards for which you disagree with our grades returned, please let us know. For returns, you may pick them up with payment, have them returned by lettermail free of charge, include them in an order with us, or pay an additional fee to receive them tracked.
